HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR KILOTON TO DELIVER?
While we carry a wide range of products; we do not carry every item available on our online store. Please accept 3-5 working days for local products and 10-20 working days for imported products. Delivery days may change prior to notice.
HOW LONG AFTER PAYMENT IS MADE WILL I RECEIVE MY GOODS?
All orders will be released once the payment has been confirmed in our bank, the above delivery time applies.
WHAT ARE MY DELIVERY OPTIONS AND HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?
All items are shipped with our courier, our standard rate is R120.00 per order. If the order value exceeds R450.00, your package will be shipped free of charge. A Pick-Up option is also available but will need to be arranged via e-mail i.e. email@example.com
CAN I COLLECT FROM KILOTON?
Once your online order has been placed and payment has been confirmed, you can arrange a collection by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org Should you prefer to collect, the shipping fee of R120.00 will be credited to your account as soon as you collect your package.
HOW DO I LOG A RETURN?
A "Request for Refund" email should be sent to email@example.com that clearly indicates the reason for the return of the item, and in accordance with our returns policy you will need to notify us within 7 days of receipt of the item, of your intent to return the item.
No refunds or exchanges will be allowed after that. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We cannot accept responsibility for shortages not reported in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 working days of receipt.

CAN I BRING BACK MY ITEMS FOR RETURN?
Yes. Returns can be dropped off at our Vereeniging or Bloemfontein branch after approval has been given. Refer to our Refund Policy for more information.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT?
You are more than welcome to exchange your product should the item be unused and in its original packaging. Send an email to email@example.com to arrange for your exchange.
WHAT DO I DO IF THE ITEM I ORDERED IS FAULTY/DAMAGED?
Faulty/damaged equipment should be logged within 7 days after receipt. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to log your fault.
